A Sarasota company, started by Sarasota homeowners.
GlassIQ Windows and Doors — legally HVAM Windows and Doors Corp — opened in 2018 with a simple observation: every neighbor in Sarasota had been quoted by three different installers, and every quote read like a different language. Different brands. Different specs. Different pricing structures. No clear way to compare.
We built GlassIQ to be the company we wished had quoted us. American-made impact windows and doors, so we'd recommend the right configuration for your home — not whatever's easiest to source. - Built to U.S. code, certified to Miami-Dade. American-made units are engineered to Florida Building Code and HVHZ standards from the start — with NOA documentation we file directly.
The product determines the factory warranty. The installer determines whether that warranty is still valid in five years. We handle both — American-made product, installed end-to-end by our own in-house crew.
