Architectural glass and large spans
ES Windows. Built for the openings other lines can’t span.
ES Windows produces its own glass and aluminum, which is what makes oversized units, wide spans and slim sightlines standard product instead of a special order.

The line-up
Three lines, chosen by how far the glass has to reach.
Elite is the primary residential and light-commercial line and covers most coastal single-family work. Prestige is engineered around casement and fixed-casement openings where sightline and glass-to-frame ratio matter as much as wind resistance. Multimax handles the structural openings standard residential lines cannot span — floor-to-ceiling glazing on an oceanfront room. There is also a uPVC line.
Origin, stated plainly
Where ES Windows is built
ES Windows is manufactured at the company’s Barranquilla, Colombia facility, with United States operations based in Miami. Units are certified to Miami-Dade County Product Control standards — the same approval we require of every brand we install. We tell you where each brand on our roster is built before you choose, because you should not have to find that out after the deposit.
What we file with your permit
Every unit we install carries Miami-Dade County Product Control approval and Florida Product Approval documentation. We pull the permit and file the paperwork — you do not chase it.
Exact design pressure and performance ratings depend on the specific configuration and opening. We confirm those for your home during the free estimate rather than quoting a number that may not apply to it.

Colors & finishes
ES Windows finishes
Finish options differ by line, which is unusual on this roster and worth knowing before you fall for a colour that is not offered on the line your opening needs.
The Elite line is available anodized, painted or in wood-grain finishes. Multimax comes standard in bronze and white, with clear and gray glass. The uPVC line can take a different colour on the exterior than the interior, which is the usual way to satisfy an HOA rule without living with its palette indoors. We confirm what is available on your specific line during the estimate.
Why this line
Where ES Windows earns its place.
Glass and frames from one manufacturer.
ES Windows makes its own glass and extrudes its own aluminum. That vertical integration is why the large-format units in its catalog are standard product rather than a one-off engineering request.
Built for the view.
If the reason you are replacing windows is a Gulf or bay view, span and sightline matter as much as the impact rating. This is the line we reach for when the opening is wide and the frame should disappear.
Contemporary architecture.
Slim profiles and large lites suit modern and coastal-contemporary homes where a heavy residential frame fights the elevation.
Certifications
Don’t take our word for it.
Florida Product Approval and Miami-Dade County Product Control approval are both public record. Anyone can look up the exact product on a quote — ours or a competitor’s — and see its approved scope and expiry date in about a minute. We think you should.
We file the approval documentation for your specific configuration with the permit, and we hand you the paperwork at closeout. We do not print approval numbers on this page on purpose: they are tied to a particular product and configuration, and they expire — a number that looks reassuring here could be the wrong one for your opening.

The look
Styles, finishes and configurations.
Images are representative of the product itself, not photographs of our completed projects — we would rather say so than imply otherwise. We bring physical frame and glass samples to your free estimate, which tells you far more than any photograph.
Product ranges shown are the manufacturer’s catalogue, not a stock list. Availability varies by series, configuration and opening size, and finish colours shown on screen are approximations. We bring physical samples and confirm exactly what applies to your openings during the free estimate.
