Energy performance, not just impact
Eco Window Systems. Impact protection with energy performance built in.
Most impact lines treat energy performance as an upgrade tier. Eco designs around it — which is what makes it the pick when you want the wind-mitigation credit and a lower cooling bill.

The line-up
Heavy-gauge T6 aluminum, specified around energy.
Eco builds the Eco-Guard catalogue in heavy-gauge T6 aluminum — the alloy choice that suits coastal South Florida and, as a trade-off, comes with a narrower colour range than a painted-aluminum or vinyl brand. Where it earns its place is the glass: Low-E coatings and laminated insulating packages are how this line is specified rather than an upsell late in the quote.
Origin, stated plainly
Where Eco Window Systems is built
Eco Window Systems manufactures in Miami, Florida. Product is certified to Miami-Dade County Product Control standards, and we file the approval documentation with your permit.
What we file with your permit
Every unit we install carries Miami-Dade County Product Control approval and Florida Product Approval documentation. We pull the permit and file the paperwork — you do not chase it.
Exact design pressure and performance ratings depend on the specific configuration and opening. We confirm those for your home during the free estimate rather than quoting a number that may not apply to it.

Colors & finishes
Eco frame colors
This is the narrowest palette on our roster, and we would rather you know that now than at the sample stage. If colour is the deciding factor for your elevation, PGT carries considerably more range.
White and bronze are the standard residential finishes; clear anodized is offered on the commercial storefront line. Glass upgrades include Low-E coatings and laminated insulating (argon) units, which is where this line does its real work.
Why this line
Where Eco Window Systems earns its place.
Energy is the design centre, not an add-on.
Low-E coatings and thermally considered glass packages are how this line is specified by default, rather than something bolted on at extra cost late in the quote.
Best fit for west and south exposure.
Solar heat gain is what drives a cooling bill on the openings that take direct afternoon sun. That is where a glass package chosen for heat rejection earns its money — and where the gap narrows on north-facing openings.
Two savings, one install.
The wind-mitigation insurance credit comes from the impact rating. The cooling saving comes from the glass package. This is the line where you are most likely to get both.
Certifications
Don’t take our word for it.
Florida Product Approval and Miami-Dade County Product Control approval are both public record. Anyone can look up the exact product on a quote — ours or a competitor’s — and see its approved scope and expiry date in about a minute. We think you should.
We file the approval documentation for your specific configuration with the permit, and we hand you the paperwork at closeout. We do not print approval numbers on this page on purpose: they are tied to a particular product and configuration, and they expire — a number that looks reassuring here could be the wrong one for your opening.

The look
Styles, finishes and configurations.
Images are representative of the product itself, not photographs of our completed projects — we would rather say so than imply otherwise. We bring physical frame and glass samples to your free estimate, which tells you far more than any photograph.
Product ranges shown are the manufacturer’s catalogue, not a stock list. Availability varies by series, configuration and opening size, and finish colours shown on screen are approximations. We bring physical samples and confirm exactly what applies to your openings during the free estimate.
