Whichever of the four you choose, the same GlassIQ crew measures, installs and meets the inspector. We pull the permit and file the Miami-Dade and Florida Product Approval documentation. That is the half of the job a manufacturer cannot do for you — and the half that decides whether the factory warranty still means anything in five years.
How we choose
We start with your openings, not our inventory.
Exposure and span.
A direct-Gulf elevation and a shaded north wall are not the same problem. Wide openings and view-driven projects push toward different product than a standard single-hung replacement.
What you are optimising for.
Insurance credit, cooling bill, resale recognition, or budget. These pull toward different lines, and pretending otherwise is how people end up overpaying for the wrong spec.
HOA and architecture.
Frame profile, finish and grid pattern are often constrained before performance is. Four catalogs means more ways to satisfy the constraint.
Straight answer
Where each brand is built.
Three of the four are manufactured in Florida. One is not, and we say so before you choose rather than after the deposit. Certification is what governs a Florida permit and your wind-mitigation credit — and all four are Miami-Dade certified.
