Downtown / North Trail

Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores, Bayou Oaks, North Trail, Bayfront, Park East, Gillespie Park, downtown high-rises. Our showroom is on N Tamiami Trail in this corridor — response time under 24 hours typical.

Southside / Mid-Sarasota

Southside Village, Arlington Park, Hudson Bayou, Avondale, Cherokee Park, McClellan Park. Older homes (1940s–1970s) where retrofit demand is highest. Common retrofit target.

Are Sarasota homes required to have impact windows?
