Bradenton installs are permitted through Manatee County Building Department (not Sarasota County). The process is similar but the office is different:
- Same Florida product approvals. Manatee accepts the same NOAs we file in Sarasota. Impact products from four brands, all approved.
- Similar review timelines. Manatee County permit office typically returns approvals in 5–10 business days, comparable to Sarasota.
- Anna Maria coastal construction. Properties on Anna Maria Island go through additional coastal construction review. We handle the extra paperwork; the timeline runs slightly longer.
- Lakewood Ranch HOA layer. Lakewood Ranch communities have HOA architectural review on top of county permits. We coordinate both during the estimate phase.
